The ‘standard version’ of RG-2400 LT has evolved through a few years (thanks to contractor feedback) into an easy to apply creamy gel. The gel is creamy enough that it could be spray applied without thinning (using the proper equipment) eliminating the need for mineral spirits to be used to thin the product; then waiting for them to flash out of the sprayed surface before insulating.

This modified version applies well even at cold temperatures! It is a slightly different blue color, and there was a 15° upper temperature limit loss during modification. The upper temperature limit of RG-2400 LT is now 250°F.

For hotter systems, call us, we have RG-2400 ET, which has a maximum constant service temperature of 350ºF and can tolerate spikes up to 400°F.
